Celtic & Pictish Artwork

These designs are inspired by the works of the Celtic and Pictish peoples, which include their carvings, metalwork and manuscripts.
Whilst much of the artwork on our site is based on traditional designs and educational materials, many are our own original pieces of artwork.

We are often asked about the symbolism of our designs; the precise meanings are ambiguous, however, it is generally felt that they embody the themes of continuity, eternity and interconnectedness .
